Excellent Ju-jitsu club for all ages

This club which meets on Tuesday nights at the Landport Community Centre in Lewes, is teaching traditional Ju-jitsu. Sensei Ray Twitchen is one the old masters of this form, being taught as a youngster by Abbe Sensei. Ray teaches from ages 5-85 running classes for 5-7s and 7-14 years as well as an adult class. He also teaches japanese weapons like the long and short stick (bo & Jo). Its a friendly family and community Dojo with a good atmosphere. Its a great club for young and old alike, I wondered what it would be like training as an older guy, but after looking up some of the health benefits of martial arts for people 40+, I am amazed at how much it has helped me.
