Lincol karate academy is a wadoryu karate club, brendan is the instructor with 25 experience in karate but also experienced in tai chi and aikido . We cater for all ages. We believe karate is for self defence, personal growth and health and fitness.

In each class we start with warm ups and stretching then basic techniques followed by kata and pairs work and sometimes controled sparing .all ages and levels on fittness are welcome and we work to your level and we progress at a pace suitable to you.
