Great for Kids and adults (lots of parents join after seeing kids thrive). The instructors all are genuine experts (no accelerated training fees) and take their time. None of the meat head aggro, you learn at your own pace and skill level so no pressure to continuously grade. Special lessons for weapons and competitions available but never forced.
Well recommended and there's the usual free taster sessions.
