Liverpool ITF was established in 2017 as part of the European Championships legacy, by ITF England in conjunction with Liverpool City Council. There are other Taekwon-do schools around the City but we are the only official ITF one.
We are an exciting new club that you can get in at the start of, yet with instructors who have many years’ experience, both teaching and competing.
Our mission is to develop a first class Taekwon-do school with outstanding opportunities for its members. With this in mind we don’t teach very young children, currently 8 is the minimum age, and with small select classes we can give you the very best attention to help you develop into a skilled martial artist.
We teach adults & children in mixed classes at the moment, but will have dedicated adult/ child only classes very soon.
Our senior instructor is a 5th Dan Black belt and member of the ITF England team with over 30 years experience, and, as Liverpool's first Official ITF school, we have the support and backing of some of the ITF's top Masters and Grandmasters. We are able to offer outstanding opportunities to our members.
