Robert is a 5th Dan (Sabum) in Tae kwon do and has been doing TKD for just over 35 years.
Before taking up TKD Robert was also a qualified SABA boxing coach and is an ex gliding instructor.
Fitness fun and self defence for kids and adults from 4 to 7 years and big class for 8 years and up.

The "Little Ninjas" programme is for 4 to 7 year olds and aims to introduce kids to martial arts, teaching the ABC of sport, whilst instilling self-discipline, confidence and spirit.
The big class teaches high quality technical ITF Tae kwon do, as well as offering opportunities to compete at local, national and international levels.
Little Ninjas are from 6 to 7 pm Tuesdays and the big class is 7 to 8 pm Tuesday and Thursday.
