I started training at this club to learn self defence. The knowledge and expertise that the instructors have is incredible. It is a very very laid back atmosphere and a very friendly place to learn.
Anyone that wants to learn how to look after themselves should give it a try.
I trained with the senior instructor for over 5 years,the knowledge held is excellent. The training was hard but friendly and very very useful.I RECOMEND THIS CLUB AND ITS INSTRUCTORS HIGHLY.
