Absolutely love this place. Fantastic family fun academy. I have been attending for 5 years and would not dream of going elsewhere. Plenty of classes to choose from and the instructors are great.

Always helpful, Kids love it a 14 year old boy and a 6 year old boy. They teach them control, To have the right attitude, I can not recommend this place enough.
Open 5 days for training such a well worthy thing for kids and such a great price.

Both our children go to two different age groups of this school and skill and self confident this gives to our children is fantastic! This is a fun place to learn as well as educational!

Started 2 weeks ago with my 7 year old son and we both love it. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere not only from the instructors but other students too. Good exercise whilst learning self defence.

Dedicated instructors that patiently give time to all students, whatever their age and ability, in order for everyone to succeed. Amazing skills are taught, friendships made and success achieved. Highly recommended!!

My son has been coming here for almost 4yrs, myself & my husband for around 18mths. We love the family feel and the fun, but hard classes! Our youngest will be starting here as soon as he's 4 too!

My son joined 4 years ago and I joined 2 years ago; there is a good range of classes and all abilities are catered for. This is a really friendly club where students happily help each other and the instructors are very patient. There is a real family feel to the academy. Would recommend anyone to come and try a class, it is good exercise, confidence boosting and fun.

My daughter has grown in confidence so much since joining, her fitness has also improved she really enjoys going . They make everyone feel welcome .

Great instruction, lots of different disciplines to choose from.
Great family atmosphere and very friendly.
My son (7) and daughter (5) go to Punching Pandas. The instructors are fun and friendly, provide excellent instruction and have helped my children grow in confidence. I initially started in the ladies only class which is held at the same time as Pandas - a great way in for me. I thoroughly enjoy the adult classes, excellent instructors, friendly students, a great place to improve your fitness and learn martial arts.
