Long Eaton Kickboxing, a martial arts class that offers students of all ages the opportunity to practice the fantastic sport of kickboxing in the East Midlands area of Long Eaton, Nottingham.

Run by dedicated and enthusiastic instructors, our kickboxing classes will build your confidence, improve your fitness and teach you how to defend yourself.

Classes are run in a safe and structured manner, you’ll soon enjoy the benefits of training with us, a number of which include:

Programs & Class Schedule

Every Wednesday Evening

All Styles Kickboxing: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm * (from 6 years and over)
All Styles Kickboxing: 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm * (Teens and Adults)

Every Saturday Morning

Fitness Class: 8:45 am to 9:30 am (from 6 years and over)
All Styles Kickboxing: 9:30 am to 11:00 am (from 6 years and over)

* Wednesday night kickboxing class has an open door training programme (at the instructors discretion); where you are welcome to come and train anytime between 6.00 – 9.00 pm for maximum of 1.5 hours. This offers our more experienced members more flexible training to suit their needs. However it is recommend that beginners start the class at 6.00 pm to gain basic knowledge of warm-ups, stretching, line-work, pad-work and drills etc.
