Longbenton Kickboxing Association

LKA or Longbenton Kickboxing Assciation is a new family run club where you can learn kickboxing in a friendly and fun enviroment.

Run by Mel Matthews (6th Dan) and his son Chris (4th Dan), together they have over 30 years of experience of teaching Karate/Kickboxing.

​Mel is a 2 x WKA British Kickboxing Champion and Chris is a British, European & World Champion. Both are in the Martial Arts Illustrated "Black Belt Hall Of Fame", so you can be assured that your training will be the best you can get.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Longbenton Kickboxing Association:

Programs & Class Schedule

Training on a Tuesday and Thursday between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm.
Minimum age 4.

1st lesson is free after that the price is £2 for a child a £3 for adult per lesson.
