Training times are 7.00pm - 8.00pm for all ages (children, teens and adults) at Roding Valley High School, Alderton Hill, Loughton, Essex IG10 3JA.

The dojo (training area) is in the Drama Hut and there are ample spaces for car parking right next to the Hut.
