A Friendly Taekwondo Club practicing in WTF Taekwondo, which is a recognised Olympic sport. We are part of Dorset Taekwondo Association. The club has been running for 12 years. Tuesdays - Children 5-8 yrs 4.30 pm - 5.30 pm
Children 8 yrs -14yrs 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm
Children 14yrs + & Adults - 6.30 pm - 8 pm

Thursdays Every other between September & April
Children 5.30 pm -6.30 pm
Adults. 6.30 pm - 7.45pm
Langmoor Room, Marine Shelters, Marine Parade, Lyme Regis Sea Front.
Ages 5 yrs upwards.
First 2 lessons are free - £5 lesson after.
