KRAV MAGA is a NON-SPORT Complete Modern Self Defence System, designed for today’s society. The Krav Maga Syllabus has been carefully structured NOT for competition in the ring or the cage but for Self-Defence purposes only.
The System integrates the most effective techniques and training methods from various Fighting Arts to create a well rounded self defense practitioner. We pride ourselves on being able to deal with many possible unfortunate situations, such as gang attacks, knife or gun threats, and multiple weapon attack and defense training.
The beginning Training Levels are easily learned focusing on essential Striking, Blocking and Standing Escape skills along with Psychological and Physical Conditioning. Once team members have proven themselves in these areas, the next stage is progression into our intermediate and advanced training which teaches advanced Striking, Ground Fighting & Weapon Defense Training.
