Great place to go and have fun and learn some really good self defence techniques. Highly recommended.
I trained alongside Clive for a number of years at a time when I believe, benefited me as a person spiritually, physically and emotionally executing the person I am today.
It became, probably one of the most recreational activities I have ever committed to succeeding to friendships which live on today more than 30yrs on.
🥋 Tae Keon do turned me into a more focused individual and helped me to challenge some aspects of my life that would go on to have lasting benefits.
Unfortunately along the way I lost touch with the material Gaines many being gold awards and trophies 🏆 some achieved from patterns and combat of the same events (Welsh 1998)? Gold combat / Gold patterns.
