At Master Griffiths Karate we practise Kong Sudo, a traditional style of martial art originating from South Korea.
Kong Sudo is a mix of the world’s most powerful martial arts, which includes Tang Soo Do, Okinawan Karate, Shaolin Kung Fu and White Crane Kung Fu.
Master Griffiths has used her experience in other styles of martial arts to enhance Kong Sudo including elements from Judo, Tai Chi, Tugong Musul and Wado Ryu Karate.
