We are a very friendly Club offering Karate and practical self defence coaching. We accept students from 5 years old and upwards. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience of martial arts, you will be assured of a warm welcome.
If you have any queries about our sessions, do get in touch. The cost is £5 per session on a "pay as you go" basis.
Your 1st session with us is free, so do come along and see if you enjoy training with us.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Meadvale Karate Club:
Our Monday session runs from 4-5 pm.
We run 3 sessions on Wednesday evenings.
5.30-6.30 pm, 6.30-7.30 pm. These sessions are for children ages 5 and upwards.
7.45-9 pm. This session is for teenagers and upwards.
All sessions can be attended by both beginners and experienced students.
A typical session includes a warm up, stretch, a practice of basic punching and kicking techniques, kata, bag work and sparring or self defence.
The 1st session is free. Thereafter the cost is £5 per session on a "pay as you go" basis.
