James is a 1st. Class instructor, the group are most welcoming, we are so pleased to be amongst them. The meeting and learning occurs at Broomhill Park ( @ the highest point) on Sunday's from 0900 hrs. to 1030. Thanks to all concerned. Geoff.

Free Tai Chi? I wish they'd taught it in my school!

James, the Teacher is friendly and personable. Out in the open air on Sunday at 9am, even during hot weather season is the right time, okay so you fore go your Sunday lie-in with a gentle session of Tai Chi and you're done by 10:30am. Now you're awake, energised and the rest of Sunday ahead to either chill or do another fun activity, maybe take a vigorous stroll the long route around the park back to your car, get your heart rate up, oxygenate your body or just head to your favourite breakfast venue.
Whatever you choose to follow it with you've got the rest of the day to enjoy life!
As new members we were made very welcome by everyone in the Group and found the coach, James, to be very understanding of our limitations, it’s an age thing! All in all a great experience despite the cold weather and, of course, looking forward to the warmer weather when we can also enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Broomhill Park.
On returning home, we both discussed how we felt, coming to the conclusion that it is a mind/body experience and we will practice to fulfill our promise and improve.
This is my third time of trying to post this review and hope that this time I do not receive a message telling me there is a “technical issue “!
