I was taught in their Ealing Branch by Gaby 18yrs ago and I can still hear her ("shoulders down") when I'm performing certain moves within a form.
A longtime friend, respected in the Martial Arts world, runs his own martial arts school where he teaches 7 disciplines of which one is Classic Yang Style Tai Chi and he was impressed and approved of the Tai Chi I showed him the Mei-Chuan Academy had taught me.
I highly recommend their classes.
