The Meikai Dojo

The Meikai Dojo is a private members Martial Arts School offering a range of classes and workshops including Okinawan Te/Udun-Di. As well as the martial experience dojo members are able to access yoga and shiatsu classes, which makes the Meikai Dojo unique in its offering of a rounded experience in mind and body work.

The Dojo is privately owned and indeed hand crafted by Mick Gunnell, the Principal Tutor.

Mick has studied Martial Arts, Shiatsu and Yoga since 1983 and taught various aspects since 1989.

All classes: Minimum age 16.
Okinawan Te;- Mon & Wed 7:30 - 9 pm
Yoga:- Tues & Thurs 6:30 - 8 pm
Shiatsu 1st & 3rd Sun each month 11 am - 1 pm
