We operate in Tesco Bulwell Extra in Nottingham, as a community project. The instructors are volunteers and believe in doing something for the greater good.
The emphasis is on self defence.
Gradings take place every 3 months based on a minimum attendance of 2 lessons per week.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Meiyo Karate Club:
Mondays and Wednesdays
5-7 yrs and Beginners 6:15 to 7 pm
8-16 yrs 7 to 8 pm
Adults 8-9 pm
Saturdays
5-7 yrs and Beginners 9-9:30 am
8-16 yrs 9:30-10:30 am
Adults 10:30-11:30 am
