Traditional & Sport Karate with Ashley Evans 6th Dan, for children and adults
The club offers a fully comprehensive structure of classes, with separate classes for 4 & 5 yrs (little tigers), 6 to 13 yrs (juniors), and adults (14 yrs+).
We are affiliated to the Wado-Kai Karate Union (WKKU), the Welsh Karate Governing Body (WKGB), and also JKF Wadokai in Japan.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Merthyr Wado Karate Club:
BEGINNERS CLASSES
Mondays & Thursdays 5.30 pm (Juniors 6-13 yrs)
Thursdays 6.30 pm (Adults/14 yrs+)
Sundays 10.30 am (4 & 5 yrs)
We also offer a full range of classes for graded students, again split by age groups, plus a weekly fight class for those that wish to specialise in competition karate.
