They made it easy and fun to learn working at my own pace while going outside of my comfort zone. They also provided lots of posibilitys for the future.
I trained here for nearly a year while working in Middlesbrough. I had a brilliant time there. I found the club welcoming to all with a high quality teaching.
I am not the fittest of people and was allowed to train at my level. Never feeling out of my comfort zone.
If you are looking for new fitness regime, or you need to get more active for health you can't go wrong training with NEST. It is never too early or too late but don't delay get to the club. Meet great people and learn a powerful life skill.
