Combining Kung Fu, Tai Chi and other internal arts with practical self-defence our aim is to give our students confidence and peace of mind whilst learning to defend themselces. All ages welcome from 6 to 60 and above, you are never too old to learn!
Our Chief Instructor, Jason Firth, has been learning Kung Fu and internal arts for over 25 years and has gained a Black Belt 4th Degree (4th Dan). He has won medals at national competitions and visited China to train with Chinese Masters. Jason is friendly and approachable and loves seeing students develop in confidence as they learn and improve their skills.
