Modern self defence for men, women and children.
Kickboxing promotes a positive mental attitude.
Kickboxing is an effective approach to self defence irrespective of size or gender and an excellent way of meeting new friends. Monty runs kickboxing classes in Leeds.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Montys School of Kickboxing:
Classes as follows: -
Monday: -
Junior Session is 6 pm to 7 pm
Seniors Session is 7 pm to 9 pm
Minimum age is 5 yrs.
Pay As You Train - No Contracts, No Monthly Payments, No Direct Debits and No Pressure.
Equipment is supplied, excellent training hall, toilets, access to water and street parking available. Plenty of seating for parents if they wish to stay.
I have a few instructors to help me as the classes are usually divided so every student is taught.
