The Moral Dragon offers adults Internal Kung Fu in Bath from a direct lineage of Gao style Baguazhang on Mondays, 6:30pm–8:30pm, at 19A Monmouth Place, Bath BA1 2AY.
Training covers 16+ Pre-Heaven forms (including Single Palm Change, Black Dragon Swings its Tail, Mother Palms / palm changes), 64 Post-Heaven forms, the 8 Brocades, and Heavenly Stems training methods, plus circle walking, conditioning, partner drills, and application. Hebei Xingyiquan is available by booking or private lesson (£45/hour). There is no separate children’s class.
Age group & joining: Classes are for adults (18+). Beginners and experienced martial artists are welcome. There is no long-term contract — start with a £15 trial lesson, then pay £40 monthly membership on the 1st of each month if you continue. You can leave by simply stopping membership; no fixed commitment period.
