Your made to feel welcome from your first visit
Safety is addressed straight away and all instructors
Are friendly and well trained. Dojo is over seen by
Head of association who is always willing to give time
And advice to all students and instructors
Training is varied , with a wide range techniques.
Relaxed non competitive atmosphere with male and female

Always welcoming new students
Friendly non competitive atmosphere
No egos
Male and female students
Established martial clubs with affiliations to GBASSDA and the BCA
Experienced real life instructors with a syllabus developed by sensei Steve barker
Who has over 35 years of training / teaching in various martial arts including
Karate , jujitsu, boxing , Tia kwon do , Ninjitsu.
Training covers a wide range of self defence and self protection

I was a member for 6 years all together! The environment that we trained in is very friendly; many bring their own specialty and technique into the dojo. I highly recommend this class to all, whatever previous experience you may or may not have already had with Martial Arts.

I trained at this dojo for around 2 years. Absolutely fantastic experience, instructors were helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent mixture of defensive and offensive training. Highly recommended!
Great place to keep fit and learn self defence. They teach defences against guns, knives and hand to hand all whilst having fun.
