Taekwon-Do TOTS is an introduction to Taekwon-Do designed for 4-6 yrs old, teaching them the basic movements and principles. Focusing on Balance, Coordination and Fitness whilst building Confidence and instilling a sense of discipline.

Our trained and qualified Black Belt instructors are DBS Verified and NSPCC Child Protection in Sports Certified.
