Taekwon-Do TOTS is an introduction to Taekwon-Do designed for 4-6 yrs old, teaching them the basic movements and principles. Focusing on Balance, Coordination and Fitness whilst building Confidence and instilling a sense of discipline.
Our trained and qualified Black Belt instructors are DBS Verified and NSPCC Child Protection in Sports Certified.

TUESDAY
Taekwon-Do TOTS - 4.00-4.45 pm - Ages 4-6 yrs
WEDNESDAY
ITF Taekwon-Do - 4.30-5.30 pm - Kids / Junior
ITF Taekwon-Do - 6.00-7.00 pm - Junior / Teens
ITF Taekwon-Do - 7.00-8.00 pm - Teens / Adults
We also run extra classes on a Saturday but due to competitions, seminars and events these are not weekly. Please contact us for more information.
