NSTK Mansfield
At the NSTK people are encouraged to work towards their own goals, whether this is fitness, toning, weight loss, self defence, competition fighting or grading through traditional Wado Ryu Karate.
Instructors are Pete McDonagh (5th Dan) and Rachael Price (2nd Dan), NSTK Mansfield is part of the National Sport and Traditional Karate (NSTK) club which has a variety of classes and instructors across the midlands.
NSTK Mansfield have classes in Mansfield, Clipstone and Mansfield Woodhouse. Ages 5 to 105 welcome.

Clipstone Community Hall - ideal for those who have never trained or who thinks "i'm not fit enough for that". Good gentle all-rounder.
WED 7:15- 9:00 Advance Classes - Adults Only
