I have been training with NSTK for about the last 8 years and I really enjoy all aspects of the club, it has become much more than training, it a family!!!

A great environment to train what ever your needs are and I can guarantee you will be made welcome, there is no attitude problems at our club which must be rare, give it a go, u have nothing to loose, watch out for the dirty dozen circuit, its a killer, you've been warning lolol

Started training after 23year break and immediately noticed how excellent the instructors students and equipment were. Would recommend this club to anyone who wants to train in martial arts

I started training with weight loss in mind and to be totally honest I thought I would give up after a couple of weeks. But after just a few sessions I became completely hooked. The encouragement from the instructors is excellent and really makes you want to give it your all. There is a really good atmosphere at each of the sessions and the advice and support from the other students makes you feel like one of the team. I really can't recommend this club enough. Whatever your reasons, just come and play 😃.

The teachers are both very knowledgeable and patient. They are very quick to praise and correct in a quiet but firm way and have endless patience. I would recommend anybody of any ability to try this group. I dont think you will be disappointed.

After trying a few different schools i have found a home at the nstk. Great instructors, great workout and great atmosphere. Good for all ages and levels of experience!

Fantastic training for all abilities, if you want fitness with a martial arts twist then this is for you. If you are a serious martial artist and want to practice for the love & passion of martial arts, again this is for you. Fun & friendly, but if you wish, will push you to your limit and beyond, to make to the best artist you can be. Come and enjoy

Go for fitness prior to joining the army. I go as much as I can get and it's excellent quality. Training is exactly what it says on the tin and the instructors are second to non. Both are a creadit to nstk.

Brilliant for all the right reasons as it suggests in the info NSTK cater for every need and never leave anyone out. Martial arts aside, the company is great and friendly but stay professional throughout the whole time. Go along don't be afraid you'll be welcomed by all and most of all enjoy every minute!!
