Nailsea Karate is a traditional Karate dojo teaching the Shotokan style of Karate - the most widely practised throughout the world. We are affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain (the largest Shotokan Karate association in the country) and have a team of CRB-checked, qualified black belt instructors with over 70 years of experience between them.

Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Nailsea Karate:
Programs & Class Schedule
Children and adults from age 7 upwards.
Classes on a Wednesday evening. 6.30-7.30pm (beginners and lower grades), 7.40-8.40pm (advanced).
We also train on a Friday evening (6.30pm-7.30pm for beginners, 7.30pm-8.30pm for brown/black belts) and Sunday morning (10-11am, all ages and abilities) at our Backwell dojo.
