I come here to loose a bit of weight and also learn how to look after my self if ever i needed to. my instructor was very friendly and wasn't fazed that i was over weight or not flexible. he just said "go at your own pace" then go further each time. i did.
now years later i am few months away from doing my Black Belt. ...
i have seen people come and go in the club like all clubs but everyone will say they are glad they did it.
I love it and i will be there fo years to come.
