I trained here for couple years and many other schools, no other schools have matched the professionalism and team spirit as new wave. Great coaches, sparring partners. Great school to evolve in and go to the top.

An excellent class with pro's and beginners mixing well, everyone very friendly and the classes were flexible based on ability. Was good even when sitting out some sections because of my fitness just to soak up the experiences of the pro level fighters.

First time i walked into nwa i felt at home
I had no previous experiance the great coaches there are extremley helpfull
6 years on nwa is not a club i go its a another home the coaches n other pupils are not teachers and training partners are family

I've tried a lot of places to learn mma, an nwa is the best by far, theres always a great atmosphere, it's just a nice place to be, an I've learnt LOADS, try it yourself!!

It's a great school for all levels very welcoming from the off and very helpful and tight team (family) great coaches that show a lot of enthusiasm with there instructions and techniques We train hard in all aspects of mma boxing wrestling grappling Muay Thai and strength and conditioning recommend this school for sure
This is a great place to learn for people of all levels and abilities from keep fitters to pro fighters. There are no egos and the coaching is brilliant.
