Awesome instruction, friendly, safe and fun attitudes, and excellent jiujitsu

I originally started my training with the instructors at this club, and they took me on a journey that has covered many years. Starting as a novice, I am now an instructor at another club in the area, but I still return for training when I can.
You will find this to be a friendly club, realistically priced (i. e. cheap), with excellent instruction and a dedicated teaching team, with local support and links to other local and national clubs within the association.
Social activities will bring you into the 'jitsu-family' and you will find that all clubs embody the same ethos of safe, fun training with an emphasis on the practical technical elements within an incredibly wide area of study.
This is ideal for males or females, fit or unfit. I would suggest trying a session and you will be looked after.
These classes are great. They are a fantastic mix of traditional methods but always having a partical application. The self defence methods really work to build your confidence and feel like you can take control of situations. The formal aspects are great too as they help to ensure focus is maintained. Overall these classes are well worth a go £6 for nearly 2 hours and then a social in the pub afterwards.
