Newcastle Self Defense Club is located opposite Asda at Gosforth Academy. The club is very friendly and run by one of Europe’s top instructors. Sensei has over 36 years experience in Karate and is renowned for his technical expertise and street fighting self defense skills.
Adults are taught how to defend against multiple threats.
Children are taught different self defense against adults and children.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Bonsu Karate:
Times
Tuesday 6pm-7pm Juniors
Tuesday 7pm-8pm Adults
Thursday 5pm-6pm Juniors
Thursday 6pm-7pm Adults
Minimum age is 6 years old for Juniors
Simply turn up 10 mins early in loose clothing.
