Highly stimulating training method

Absolutely first class. I only recently started my journey in Karate and was not expecting to feel so mentally and physically alive from my very first lesson. It has changed my life already. It suits all ages. I am well into my 40's. The added bonus of the huge benefits for self protection and personal safety have blown me away.
