The Ni-kurai karate kai teaches traditional karate and modern, effective self defence. Chief instructor, Paul Treweek 6th dan,is one of the highest ranked and most qualified instructors in the area with over 40 years martial arts experience and 23 years teaching to his name.
Our aim is to keep our students fit, healthy and able to effectively defend themselves, should the need arrise. All instructors are National governing body registered (NAKMAS) and are fully CRB checked.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Ni-kurai karate kai:
The Ni-kurai karate kai meets every Tuesday and Thursday evenings-
7pm to 9pm. There are no upfront payments and the first lesson is free.
Students will be allowed to train for up to 4 weeks before being required to apply for thier national governing body licence/insurance(which is renewable annually). You will not asked to sign any contracts, just pay as you go. Minimum age: 8 Years.
