Ninjutsu (忍術) (a term sometimes used interchangeably with ninpō) is an historical art,with one of it's schools originating back to the 1500s. It is the art of the Shadow Warriors of Japan, and incorporates a unique way of moving and thinking with effective strategies and concepts. It is little wonder that it is often referred to as the ‘Art of Winning’.
Whilst having the capacity to devastate, Ninjutsu is a complete fighting system, which embraces the Physical, Mental and Spiritual aspects of student development. Techniques include locks, throws, ground fighting, multiple attacks and weaponry.
