I am a karate student and I have been doing karate at Northgate Karate Club 3years. Karate is an excellent martial arts to learn, especially its not just about gaining belts and self defence, karate builds confidence, make new friends, learn new things, teaches you how to be patient and the main thing teaches you how to respect.
Karate is not just about fighting, karate is fitness which increase your fitness level up, karate is fun and anyone who is thinking about joining karate class NEVER take it from your mind, go and try it because you will never be disappoint!
My 6 year old son trains alongside club mates of all ages and abilities. He has progressed quickly and enjoyed every minute. As part of a bigger regional network of Nothgate dojos, students have access to wider instruction too as well as to competitive opportunities. . This month, the England coach Davin Pak will be helping some of the higher grade pupils to broaden and refine their skills.
