At Northwood Tae Kwon Do we focus on both the art and physical aspects of Tae Kwon Do. We teach our students to live by the tenets of Tae Kwon Do. The art is not just a means of self defence; It builds confidence in oneself that will translate to every day life.
The school is run by Mr Rakesh Lakhani III Dan.
Mr Lakhani commenced training in Taekwondo in 1997 under the expert tutelage of Grandmaster Manning IX. He has enjoyed learning and teaching Tae Kwon Do for many years.
