Nuneaton Taekwon-Do
We teach traditional ITF Taekwon-Do in Nuneaton and the surrounding area. Our classes cover all aspects of ITF Taekwon-Do including:
· Fundamental line work
· Patterns (tul / forms)
· Step-sparring and semi-contact free sparring
· Self defence
· Destruction (power-breaking)
In addition to this we ensure a full body workout with classes incorporating elements of:
· Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
· Strength and plyometric training
· High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
· Pad work and bag work
· Competition sparring
Structured classes are available for:
Children ages 6 to 10
Juniors ages 11 to 15
Adults ages 16 and over
All instructors are fully licensed and insured, have full First Aid training and up-to-date DBS (CRB) checks.

Children and Teen Taekwon-Do:
Classes for our younger students focus on building a strong foundation of Taekwon-Do skills; challenging them both mentally and physically. By participating in children’s classes at Nuneaton Taekwon-Do your child will not only develop their agility and coordination but also gain invaluable life skills such as discipline, focus and teamwork.
Adult Taekwon-Do (over 16's):
Our Adult classes are a great way to stay active and improve your overall health.
Students are supported to develop at their own pace and achieve their goals whether that be weight loss and fitness or simply to earn their next belt.
