The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Carlisle School of Wing Chun & Ju-Jitsu:

  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
  • Wing Chun
  • Shen Tao Combat.

Programs & Class Schedule

Our regular weekly martial arts/personal protection sessions are at Denton Holme Community Centre, Morley Street, Carlise on the following days:

Thursdays 7 PM to 8:30 PM
Sundays 7 PM to 8:30 PM

Suitable for all adults aged 16+. Sorry we don't offer children's classes

First lesson is free for all new students at any of our regular weekly classes.

Classes cost £8.00 per session (concessions available)
Membership is £15 (includes 1 years insurance)
