Welcome to One and All Judo Club. We are a small and friendly judo club based in Helston, Cornwall, that caters for all ages and abilities. We are proud members of both The British Judo Association and The Amateur Judo Association. Head Coach Sensei Vanessa started judo at the age of 7, now at the age of 22 she has gained many medals, qualifications and awards. In 2010 she won the British Championship in Sheffield and a year later won Cornwall's Young Coach of the Year award. At the age of 13 she gained a place on the England Judo Squad and Junior GB Squad where she remained for 6 years and used this experience to both train and compete internationally visiting places such as; Italy, Germany, and France. In her teenage years she also had trials for the Youth Olympic Games where unfortunately she could not complete the trails due to injury. In between her sporting commitments she has completed university graduating with a foundation degree in sports health and fitness and a honors degree in sports performance and coaching.
