Programs & Class Schedule

Starters on Wednesday from 8 to 10pm.
15yrs plus welcome. No experience necessary.
Learn mixed styles for maximum efectiveness, and learn hands-on techniques from day one.
Progress to Monday evenings as you improve and to advanced classes on Fridays.
£4 per 2 hour session.
No contract or advance payment, join if you are happy to continue.

Private secure car park at the DOJO.
Entrance at the rear of the centre.
