We're teaching all forms of Martial Arts from Boxing to Mauy Thai, Wrestling to Jui Jitsu.
Classes are available for kids (under 10's), Juniors (10-16's), Seniors (17+) and Women Only.
We also have a fully equipped gym with weights and cardio machines.
Whether you want to become a cage fighter, learn techniques, have a go at body building or just simply want to lose weight and get fit - WE DO IT ALL

Kids Boxing 4.15-5pm
Junior Boxing 5.15-6.15pm
Senior Conditioning and Boxing 7-9pm
Tuesdays:
Strength and Conditioning 1-2pm
Kids KickBoxing 4.15-5pm
Junior Boxing 5.15-6.15pm
Senior Conditioning and Thai + KickBoxing 7-9pm
Wednesdays:
Junior MMA (Brazilian jui Jitsu, Wrestling, Grappling) 5.15-6.15pm
Senior Beginner MMA 6.30-8pm
Women Only (Boxercise and all body workouts) 8.15-9.15pm
Thursday:
Strength and Conditioning 1-2pm
Kids Boxing 4.15-5pm
Junor Boxing 5.15-6.15pm
Senior Beginner Boxing 6.30-7.30pm
Strking and Takedown Training 8-9pm
Fridays:
Kids KickBoxing 4.15-5pm
Junior Thai + KickBoxing 5.15-6.15pm

Saturdays:
Junior MMA 11am-12pm
Senior MMA 12.30-2pm

The dojo is open to anyone when there are no classes on.
