I've trained in all the major grappling and self defence schools in Cornwall, not one has come close to the excellence of Parabellum. If you want the best, its here !
After spending a long while trying to find a place to train in North Cornwall, somewhere with egos left outside the door and where the emphasis is on learning effective technique from a multitude of fighting styles, I found Parabellum Martial Arts. Ian is extremely knowledgeable, and explains technique thoroughly.
I just hope I can make the time to attend Wednesday sessions as well.
