LITTLE NINJAS
3 to 6 Year Olds: A specially designed program to aid key areas of development of your child in a Martial Arts Fun & Games environment among the many skills developed include Balance, Coordination, Focus, Team Work, Fitness and many more. This program prepares your child for further Martial Arts study and equips them with key life skills.
JUNIORS
7 to 12 year Olds: If you think it's all about the Kicking and Punching then think again! While physical skills are obviously of great importance we believe that Martial Arts taught correctly is a great way to help children develop important "Life Skills".
Parents constantly tell us how their children have become more Focussed, how they have Self Discipline to see through challenges when before they used to give up! They tell us how their children are always Respectful, in a world where many accuse children today of a lack of respect!
ADULTS
13 years and over: At around the age of 12 we start to assess the possibility of a child training in the adult program. Each child is assessed individually. Some will benefit from the adult program earlier than others. We have much experience in this area, and of course you know your own children and will be involved in the decision process
