We are a fully inclusive club for all ages and abilities who offer a training of self defence and Tae-Kwon-Do. We aim to help fitness and self-confidence while embracing the tenants of Tae-Kwon-Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control and Indomitable spirit. We encourage people to train individually, as a family or with friends and support each other through training.
It is pay as you go £4.00 pp per session and we encourage anyone who is interested to drop in and see what we are all about.
