A friendly and welcoming Aikido club open to all. We embrace a non-competitive ethos and encourage all to achieve their goals.
Head instructors Sensei Bryn Powis and Sensei Martin Williams have years of experience learning and teaching Aikido and both follow the syllabus set down by Soke Gwynne Jones as part of the Shin Gi Tai Aikido Society.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Pen-Y-Bont Aikido:
Training is Friday evenings 7 pm to 9 pm. The first session is free and then there will be a requirement to register for annual insurance. Casual clothing is initially acceptable but as you continue to train there will be a need to obtain a Gi.
