I'm so glad I found Penrose Judo club, set in its own dedicated martial arts centre with a permanent matted floor. I have trained in various arts over the years, turning 40 I wanted a new element to my training so I tried Judo. Sensei Richard is a great ambassador for British Judo, felt very welcome from the start and all the students are willing to be on hand to help out and guide students through techniques. Highly recommend for any age and ability.
