Phoenix Martial Arts - Yateley
Husband and wife team, James and Simone Brooks, run the Phoenix Martial Arts (PMA) classes in Aldershot, Farnham and Yateley. The classes follow the Kung Fu grading syllabus but also incorporate various aspects of the Kickboxing style. The lessons are both physically challenging and technically orientated. Students are encouraged to develop their martial arts skills, improve their fitness, and become the best that they can be.

19:00 to 20:30 Ladies only class – Aged 12 and over
The lessons cost £35 per month payable at the start of the month for one class a week or £60 per month for two lessons a week.

17:45 to 18:45 Junior class – All belts and ages
19:00 to 20:30 Senior class – All belts
Thursday – Unit 24 Fitness Centre, Aldershot, GU12 4RH
17:20 to 18:20 Junior class – Up to 10 years old
18:20 to 19:20 Junior class – 10 to 14 year olds
19:30 to 20:50 Senior class – All belts
